Slowing down time, one delicate pour at a time
We founded LoadTest Cold Brew 2 with a simple belief: that coffee should be an experience, not a rush. Inspired by the quiet, sun-drenched mornings of Parisian boutiques, we wanted to bring that same slow-paced appreciation to our community in Prior Lake.
Every batch of our signature cold brew is steeped for eighteen hours, coaxing out deep chocolate notes without the bitterness. We partner with local Minnesota roasters who share our obsession with origin, roast profiles, and ethical sourcing, pairing every cup with pastries baked fresh every dawn.
